This is a story about how a talking tree falls in love with a beautiful melody and becomes really sad when he can no longer find it. In the trees description, the music comes from two “concentric circles”, and his friends help him search for the “thing” that created the music.
This was made during an animation course at IIT Delhi, by me and my team that consisted of Varun, Akhil, Sambhav, Ranjan, Chandan, Sunita, Kritika, and Deepak. The technique is called cut-out animation, and as the name suggests we took hundreds of pictures after every tiny movement of our cut-outs and made a rather “non-smooth” film out it.
